If I could leave no stars I would. Apparently Franco’s is into false advertisement. For a medium pizza (which came with 8 SMALL slices) we were charged $30. We were told that the online prices and over the phone pricing are apparently different. We ordered a half sheet so didn’t question it however the employee got the order wrong. Instead of admitting a mistake she argued and hung up. Apparently we are living in times where customer satisfaction does not matter. We will not be ordering from there again And will also make sure to tell others not to as well. Here is a photo of our $30 “medium pizza” next to a $9 small pizza ordered else where .
This is my first time writing a review as it is not in my personality to do so. My roommate and I decided to buy some food on our walk back to our apartment. I ordered ten wings which when I went home to eat were pink and uncooked. I called to let them know for them to state I either could A. Drop the wings off for store credit B. Drop the wings up and pick up new ones or C. Pay $15 for delivery and exchange the old wings for new ones. Horrible customer service that punishes the customer for their mistake and almost causing food poisoning.
Ordered pizza and wings via Uber eats. Took 20 minutes and they stated it was ready for pickup. Cool. Got there and it wasn’t even ready yet. Had to wait another 10 minutes in store before it was ready. Wings were really good. Pizza was meh and seemed slightly under cooked (rushed out of the oven?).
What a nice little shop. Made my Syracuse trip complete having some great food at a cheap price. Great vibes, amazing food, and awesome workers. 10/10 would come here again! Not throwing any shade but would come here over XO Taco for food 🤣
I ordered wings and pizza, my total was to be $32 and change. They charged me $52 and change for delivery and driver tip, which I didn’t approve. After an hour and a half no one came, I call and they hang up on me after I ask about my food. I walked there, they were closing without giving me my food, and they still charged me delivery fees and extra $20. I should receive a refund at least for the delivery charges. No apology no nothing. If I didn’t walk there to get it, I would never of got it. The food was cold and gross by then, I didn’t even eat it. Such a waste. The hotel I was staying at, told me they do this all the time. That’s awful service.
